This policy applies to all the websites and domains operated by Talkalytics (also known as Shayk), with the legal name 'Ninety Play Inc.', including but not limited to https://client.shayk.com and https://shayk.com as well as custom deliverables of Talkalytics.

It is Talkalytics’s policy to respect your privacy rights regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and otherwise make use of personal information. We have outlined our privacy policy below.

Talkalytics may change this privacy policy from time to time at Talkalytics’s sole discretion and without prior notice. This Privacy Policy incorporates the Talkalytics Data Processing Addendum, which inter alia describes the types of personal data collected.
Use of Information

Talkalytics uses the data for the purposes of analysis, recommendation, improvement of our product, meta-analysis over multiple studies, security protection, prevention of respondent and other types of fraud, identification of lower quality responses, and other purposes.

Talkalytics does not disclose the information on the names and companies of our users without their consent. We do not disclose any raw data, findings, or results of the analysis performed for or by our users without their consent.

Talkalytics uses third-party subprocessors of data on reasonable terms.

Further clarification of our policy and requests to delete certain information from our servers can be forwarded to support@shayk.com.
Deletion of Account

If you would like your account to be deleted from our platform, please use the Security Settings form.
Types of Information Processed

Talkalytics processes information about survey respondents, registered users, and frontpage visitors. The types of information that relate to respondents are listed in Annex II.B of the Talkalytics Data Processing Addendum. The types of information that relate to registered users and frontpage visitors are listed below:
